Placement: NeckComments: My version of a jellyfish with filigree organic bio mechanical. I played around with keeping the shapes pretty simple and the colors somewhat muted. We have plans to extend further onto throat. I had a great time tattooing this on, Sean Williams a tattoo artist who flew out from Florida and works at 1603 Tattoo.
